Our focus is to keep the machines we recommended in service for our clients. We know how critical the products can be to your day-to-day operations and that’s why we place such a strong emphasis on our ability to help keep your business running.
TCG has a five(5) year performance guarantee on all models. Should the equipment not perform to manufacturers specifications and TCG is unable to rectify the fault, are placement with the same or similar model shall be provided.
TCG works to an average service response time of four hours. If any service calls do not get actioned within a reasonable service time, TCG quality assurance systems will trigger an automatic alert and steps will be taken to activate an urgent response.
Our service team have all been given extensive training on the equipment provided. All of the Service Engineers carry stock of common spare parts so that they can achieve a faster service completion time.
Operator training will be carried out on site when any new machines are installed. Additional retraining can be arranged at anytime in the future should it become necessary.
